Role overview

Role overview Support flight deck interface design, evaluation, and certification across advanced aircraft systems using cognitive ergonomics, prototyping, simulation, and user-centered methods. Responsibilities - Conceptualize, design, evaluate, and support certification of flight deck interfaces. - Develop HMI simulations, cockpit prototypes, task analysis, requirements, and human error analysis. - Conduct scenario-based usability and UX evaluations with flight crew and cross-functional engineering teams. - Prepare and manage human factors engineering documentation. - Support certification work related to human factors standards and regulatory expectations. Requirements - Engineering, science, cognitive ergonomics, psychology, industrial design, or human factors background. - Significant aerospace experience in flight deck, HMI, cockpit usability, simulation, certification, and validation methods. - Strong technical writing, communication, and independent execution skills.
