Project Analyst

Role overview Support project planning, reporting, PMO operations, risk management, documentation, and cross-functional project coordination in an aerospace environment. Responsibilities - Support project plans, schedules, action plans, milestones, and progress reporting. - Analyze risks, production quality, cost objectives, financial forecasts, and project performance data. - Prepare project reports, presentation decks, briefings, documentation, and stakeholder updates. - Coordinate with finance, engineering, project teams, and leadership to support execution. - Monitor priorities, logistics, standards, action plans, and mitigation strategies. Requirements - Experience with project management principles, PMO operations, risk management, project reporting, budgets, contracting, and stakeholder communication. - Strong PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, documentation, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills. - Aerospace project or certification program exposure is preferred.
