Role overview

Role overview Lead aircraft structural design coordination for programs involving airframe structures, detail design, manufacturing support, engineering changes, and production issue resolution. Responsibilities - Coordinate with design, stress, manufacturing, MRB, and delivery teams. - Translate engineering requirements into actionable design and delivery tasks. - Review 2D drawings, 3D models, modification packages, concessions, and design queries. - Support CAD and PLM data management, release workflows, and engineering change closure. - Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, milestones, and technical issue resolution. Requirements - Aerospace or mechanical engineering background. - Strong aircraft structures knowledge, including materials, load paths, and structural design principles. - Hands-on CATIA V5/V6, ENOVIA or similar PLM, GD&T, drawing standards, and configuration control. - Experience with MRB, concessions, ECR/ECO processes, manufacturing support, and onsite-offshore coordination.
