Role overview

Role overview Provide MRB liaison design engineering support across aircraft production environments, non-conformance disposition, root-cause analysis, and repair decision-making. Responsibilities - Review, analyze, and disposition non-conforming products with use-as-is, rework, repair, or scrap decisions. - Support aircraft structural design, MRE, production support, repair methods, and shop-floor engineering issues. - Bridge engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to resolve production problems quickly. - Process engineering changes, maintain compliance records, and support audits and certification evidence. - Lead cross-functional technical issue resolution under high-pressure production schedules. Requirements - Mechanical, aeronautical, or aerospace engineering degree. - Aircraft MRB and structural design experience. - MRB sign-off authority, approver delegation, non-conformance disposition, root-cause analysis, FAA, AS9100, aircraft repair, and production engineering experience are strongly preferred.
