Avionics Software V&V Engineer

Role overview Support software verification and validation for high-criticality avionics systems with emphasis on DO-178C, flight control software, and lab-based integration testing. Responsibilities - Understand software requirements and develop test cases and scripts. - Execute SIL, HIL, HSIT, and SSIT software testing. - Run test scripts on hardware-in-loop benches and collect/analyze results. - Create problem reports and follow defect processes. - Support SOI reviews, internal audits, DER/TCR-style certification support, and integration lab setup. Requirements - Avionics software V&V background. - Experience with DO-178C, Level A/B software, flight control computers, STLC, DOORS, JAMA, Sparx Enterprise Architect, ClearCase, SVN, Git, JIRA, and issue tracking tools. - ARP4754A exposure is beneficial.
