Role overview

Role overview Support aircraft structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, and aeroservoelasticity analysis for new aircraft design and continued airworthiness programs. Responsibilities - Perform aeroelastic and aeroservoelastic simulations. - Prepare and maintain finite element models for dynamic analysis. - Support ground vibration testing, flight flutter testing, and post-processing of test results. - Maintain, develop, and document methods, analysis tools, and engineering reports. - Collaborate with advanced design, aerodynamics, structures, mass properties, flight controls, and control laws teams. Requirements - Aerospace or mechanical engineering degree with relevant aerospace specialization. - Experience in aeroelasticity, aeroservoelasticity, finite element modeling, dynamic stability, frequency response, and aircraft certification reporting. - Programming experience in MATLAB, Python, Fortran, C, or C++ is beneficial.
