Support acoustic and vibration performance work for aircraft cabin comfort, production support, in-service issue resolution, and new technology integration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on simulation and laboratory measurement activities for cabin acoustics and vibration.
- Support acoustic and vibration issue resolution during production, delivery, and in-service operation.
- Develop and use finite element, statistical energy analysis, ray tracing, and related simulation models.
- Participate in lab, ground, and flight test campaigns.
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
Requirements
- Engineering degree; advanced acoustics or related degree preferred.
- Experience in aerospace, transportation, construction, or similar acoustic/vibration environments.
- Strong knowledge of acoustics, vibration, signal processing, structural dynamics, measurement, validation, and acoustic optimization.
